Ease Your Mind
Are you anxious about starting university? Do you have or suspect you may have a disability or mental health diagnosis? If so, you may be eligible to participate in Ease Your Mind, a three-day orientation event hosted by Student Accessibility Services that is geared towards students with disabilities who are new to STU.
During this event, you will get to know your surroundings, learn about the supports available to you, and make meaningful connections that will last throughout your degree.
